Non-Refundable Policy
As a non-profit professional organisation, all membership fees and donations made to Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Mahasangh are voluntary and utilised immediately for our mission of empowering the legal fraternity. Therefore, membership fees and donations are generally non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors, such as duplicate transaction charges or unauthorised payments. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund due to a technical error, please email us at abadhivaktamahasangh@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" along with your transaction ID and proof of payment. Our team will review the request within 15 business days.
Membership Certificate Implications
If a membership certificate or ID card has already been issued, that membership registration becomes ineligible for a refund.
