Harsh Mehta Completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from DAVV University (Indore) and graduated with a strong academic record. Earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from DAVV University, securing a Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance. 

Legal Practice
Practices as a High Court Advocate, specializing in multiple domains of law. 

Corporate Law: Advises companies on governance, regulatory compliance, shareholder agreements, due diligence, and other transactional matters.

Cyber Law / IT Law: Experienced in technology law, data protection, e-commerce, software licensing, outsourcing contracts, and cybercrime.

Civil Law: Handles civil litigation, property disputes (including ancestral property), partition suits, and real estate-related matters. 

Social & Political Engagement
From his early days, Harsh Mehta has been actively involved in social service and youth empowerment. 

Inspired by nationalist ideals, he has worked with RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) and Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), contributing to organizational growth and youth mobilization.

Served in leadership roles such as the Vice President of the BJP-IT Cell (Indore) and has managed political campaigns and organizational outreach.
